SCARC COMMUNITY CENTER CELEBRATED AT GROUNDBREAKING

A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held to launch the construction of the 15,000 square foot SCARC Community Center in Hampton Township. It will house three of SCARC’s eight day programs as well as its employee training function and office for clinical case management and employment services. The center will serve 75 adults with developmental disabilities, and will house current programs currently located in leased or rented quarters. Attending the ceremony were Sen.
