    Susan Avery, 59, passed away at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover on Friday, May 30, 2014. Born in Montclair, N.J., she was the daughter of Sue (Zambri) DeMilia and the late Vincent DeMilia. Susan has been a resident of Hardyston for the past 29 years and prior to that had resided in Verona, NJ. She worked as an administration assistant with United Silica Products in Franklin. She always enjoyed the times she would spend at the shore and loved gardening.

    She is survived by her mother Sue DeMilia, of Vernona, children: Allison Avery of Hamburg, N.J., and Matthew Avery and his wife, Jessica, of Durham, N.C., her loving companion William “Brad” Greenwald of Hamburg, brothers: Richard DeMilia of Andover, N.J., Stephen DeMilia of Verona, N.J., and Peter DeMilia of Philadelphia, Pa., also surviving is a sister-in-law Maryann DeMilia of Andover, N.J., and a nephew Christopher DeMilia of Andover, N.J.

    Relatives and friends attended her funeral on Monday June 2, 2014, at the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main St., Franklin, N.J. Interment to follow at North Hardyston Cemetery.
