    Kathleen Wilke(nee Dilworth), 81 years old, died peacefully after a brief illness at Braden River Care Center, Bradenton, Fla., on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014. Born to John “Pickles” and Anna Dilworth in Bayonne, N.J., she was a lifelong resident of Bayonne before moving to Bradenton in 2006.

    Kathleen married the love of her life, Mr. Roland Lawrence Wilke, Sr. on July 4, 1952 and resided in Bayonne to raise their family. She worked as a secretary for Norton & Son Muralo Paint Company in Bayonne, N.J., for many years before retiring in 1976. She was a parishioner of St. Henry’s RC Church in Bayonne, N.J., a member of the Bayonne VFW Ladies Auxiliary and a very hard working wife and mother.

    Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, Roland L. Wilke, Sr., a son, Roland L. Wilke, Jr., a daughter, Patricia Wilke and a brother, James Dilworth, and was the devoted mother of Eileen Kopec of Franklin, N.J. Loving grandmother of Kristin Kopec, Joseph Kopec and Christopher Wilke.

    The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main Street, Franklin, N.J., on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, from 2-4 & 7-8:30 p.m. Funeral service will follow the visiting at 8:30 p.m. Graveside service will be Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
