David N. Haas, Jr.

David N. Haas, Jr., 54, died Wednesday March 19, 2014 at his residence in Paterson. Mr. Haas, son of David N. and Clara (Casterlin) Haas was born in Sussex Sept. 24, 1959. He grew up in Hamburg and had resided in Franklin before moving to Paterson 10 years ago.

Mr. Haas worked for Limecrest Quarry in Sparta and later worked for Eclipse Systems in Franklin for 12 years, where he served as plant manager. He was a 1976 Graduate of Sussex County Vo-Tech High School. Mr. Haas was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on hot rods.

He is survived by his parents, David and Clara Haas of Hamburg; brother, Brad Haas of Hamburg and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
