LOCAL ATTORNEYS SPEAK aT LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES STATE CONFERENCE

Richard Clark and Michael Garofalo, partners at Laddey, Clark and Ryan of Sparta, are speakers at the 94th annual New Jersey League of Municipalities Conference at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The conference assists local planning boards, citizens groups, corporations and professionals interested in planning with advice on municipal land use issues and laws. Clark, an NJPO assistant council attorney, is a featured panelist for the presentations, “New Court Rulings and Legislative Updates” and “ Planning and Zoning Questions and Legal Opinions.”
