Guggenheim fellow

SPARTA — Sparta native J. Allyn Rosser, who now lives in Athen, Ohio, was recently selected as a fellow of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation. Guggenheim fellows are selected based on their past achievements and “exceptional promise for future accomplishments.”
