Boy Scouts attain Eagle rank

Three Troop 44 Scouts attained the rank of Eagle Scout on Dec. 4. Each candidate planned and directed a service project. Erik Rudolph’s (left) project involved sanding, priming and painting 53 fire hydrants in the Old Milford and Camelot subdivisions. Ethan Arnowitz built four large cabinets for the percussion instruments and installed them in the West Milford High School band room. Ed DesLonde supervised the construction of a rabbit hutch for the West Milford Animal shelter.
