    Newton — Project Self-Sufficiency will sponsor a free seminar about Wills and Estate Planning on Wednesday, March 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the agency’s campus, located at 127 Mill St. in Newton. Susan Carlson, Esq. will address a variety of issues, including the development of a will, creating a living trust, the benefits of health care directives, and dealing with probate and estate taxes.
