WANTAGE — The 5th annual Veterans Memorial Wantage Township Car, Truck and Bike Show was held Oct. 13 and drew hundreds of spectators.

According to organizer Christine Feoranzo, proceeds from the event — held at Woodbourne Veterans Memorial Park — will be donated to Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1002 to help fund construction of the Northern New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery. The funds will be donated at the ground breaking and will be held in escrow until that time.

The day featured food and cold refreshments all day, a live DJ, door prizes, a 50/50, vendors and a tricky tray.

Trophies were be awarded in multiple classes for cars, motorcycles and trucks. Best in Show for a vintage truck was Hamburg’s Dan Storms for his 1929 Ford Model A.

The winners this years of 1st place Best in Show for car, truck and bike are: Brad Lynch’s 1933 Ford Coupe for car, Dan Storms’ 1929 Ford Model A for truck, and Art Frisbie’s Custom Built Chopper for bike.
