Students perform concert for Haiti

Sparta High School juniors Jordan Pszonek and Shannon Karl organized a music night at Greene’s Beans Cafe on Feb. 5. Tickets were sold at $5 a piece and additional donations were accepted. The event generated $587.69, which was given to the Haiti Fund, an effort organized by Dr. Jean Paul Bonnet of Jefferson. The money will be used for medical supplies.
