Parenting with purpose

Sparta Sparta Books will host a Parenting with Purpose presentation on Thursday, May 20, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Leading the presentation will be Peggy Fitzpatrick, PCI Certified Parent Coach® and Maggie Davis-Jelly, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. They will focus on how to reduce stress in the family. The presentation is based on the book, “ScreamFree Parenting,” by Hal Runkel. Sparta Books is located at 41 Theatre Center, in Sparta.
