New honors for Michael Ganas' novel

Vernon resident Michael Ganas’ novel, ”The Girl Who Rode Dolphins,” has received its fifth award, winning the Environmental/Green Fiction category of the 2010 International Book Awards. The book is also the winner of the BooksandAuthors.net Best Epic Adventure and Best Science Fiction Epic Adventure of 2008; the 2009 Green Book Festival’s Science Fiction Genre Award; and was a finalist in the 2009 National Indie Book Excellence Award for action-adventure. Ganas’ book is novel of epic adventure, treacherous risk and resolute hope, according to the publisher. The book is available at book stores and on www.amazon.com.
