Much is happening at the West Milford Library

    West Milford — July is a busy month at the West Milford Township Library. What would Mark Twain say were he alive today? Alan Kitty’s impersonation of America’s literary icon answers this question in an unpredictable theatrical adventure. Bring a chair and a friend on Monday, July 13 at 7 p.m. to the library lawn or in the event of rain, Town Hall. This program is sponsored by WMTL Friends. Artist Holly Cleeland stops by the library on Wednesday, July 15 from 10-11 a.m. for costume design fun for kids. Watch as everyday household items are transformed into creative disguises. Cleeland is the author of Glue and Go Costumes for Kids and has been featured on The View, Rachel Ray and Carol Duvall shows. On July 16, Rachel Vail will visit the library during the Vail’s Tales program from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Rachel reads two of her delightful children’s books and shares stories of how she became a writer. Rachel is also the author of Young Adult novels including Lucky. Families are welcome at this free, all ages event. Bring a chair and a friend on Monday, July 20 at 7 p.m. to the library lawn or, in the event of rain, Town Hall. Author and former comedian Chris Grabenstein will make you laugh out loud as he reminisces about his life, famous acquaintances and his Jersey Shore mysteries.
