Forty years after a handmade tile wall was installed Fredon Elementary School, a new one has been added. In 1969 students participated in the creation of the tile wall at the entrance to the school. This year, over 260 students added their self portraits to the new tile wall. Under the direction of art teacher Beth Delaney over 260 students drew self portraits that were then scanned and printed on 6-inch tiles. The tile wall was a fundraiser sponsored by the Fredon Educational Foundation.
