Come check out the YMCA at open house

Hardyston The Sussex County YMCA in Hardyston will host an open house on Sunday, Jan. 17 from noon to 3 p.m. Individuals and families can join the open swim time, take free fitness classes including yoga and cardio workouts and participate in wellness coaching sessions with YMCA health and fitness experts. YMCA Welcome Center staff will also be available for tours and consultations. Visitors will receive one “thank you” gift per family for stopping by.
