Chilton Memorial Foundation ‘Bon Vivant' wine tasting is April 23

WAYNE — The Chilton Memorial Hospital Foundation will hold its sixth annual Bon Vivant wine tasting fundraiser on Friday, April 23, from 6 to 11 p.m., at the North Jersey Country Club in Wayne. The “Wines of the World” event will feature over 200 wines from around the globe, accompanied by an extensive array of hors d’oeuvres and international food stations. “Our goal is to increase the support we provide to the hospital through this popular event, surpassing the $58,000 raised last year with 253 attendees,” said Dawn Jones, foundation executive vice president. Regular tickets are $125 each. VIP Experience tickets, available for an additional $25, include a special lecture by Anthony Verdoni, known in the industry as “The Wine Professor.” He is the co-author of The Sommelier Executive Council’s Vintage Wine Book and has been a member of the Sommelier Society of America, the Caterina de Medici Society, the Society of Wine Educators and a board member of the Sommelier Institute of New Jersey.
