| 29 Sep 2011 | 03:32

The fifth annual National Cowboy Day comes to Wild West City in Byram Township on Saturday, July 25. The day will feature “Cowboy Larry” Zwickel and his “wild, wild west show” to the family amusement park. Zwickel is an award winning whip artist. The mission of the National Day of the Cowboy is to contribute to the preservation of America’s cowboy heritage so that the history and culture can be shared. Wild West City, originally conceived as a re-creation of Dodge City, features a broad main street lined by hitching rails, old wooden sidewalks and storefronts and assorted exhibits.
