Augusta State Fair to open Aug. 2

Opening Day of the New Jersey STate Fair is Friday, Aug. 2, and the fair will be open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. unti Sunday, Aug. 11, on 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
There are many admission specials and wristband days to make a visit more attractive to families. Visit www.njstatefair.org for information on all our special days and rates.
The annual New Jersey State Fair is the largest agricultural fair in the state. Children can get up close in the six barns full of animals.
The greenhouse is full of vegetables with an adjacent flower show. Learn about farming at the milking parlor and agricultural museum. Turn children loose in the Farm Fun building to make scarecrows, ride pedal tractors and more. Add to that a carnival with rides and games, favorite fair food, free entertainment and lots to see.
