Arts & Heritage Council invites artists to upcoming show

Newton-The Sussex County Arts & Heritage Council invites artists over age 18 to participate in the upcoming exhibition "Passionate Landscapes, etc.." All media is welcome, including three-dimensional works. All work must be for sale, with a 25-percent commission from sales going toward the work of the council. The Gallery is located at 9 Moran Street, Newton. Registration forms must be postmarked by Sept. 22 with drop off on Sunday, Sept. 26 from noon-5 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 27 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The exhibit will hang from Oct. 1-25. Gallery hours are 9-6 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9-8 on Fridays and noon-5 on weekends. There will be an opening First Friday reception from 5-8 p.m. on Oct. 1.
