SPARTA Appraisers Leon Castner and Brian Kathenes of National Appraisal Consultants LLC and WNTI’s “Value This! with Brian and Leon,” will be presenting the Woodport Road Show at the Sparta Library on Sunday, Sept. 20, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Reading Room.
