VFW honors Girl Scouts
Franklin. The Veterans of Foreign Wars honored Wallkill Valley Girl Scouts, who attended the Honor Flight and participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.

The members of Lt. Robert A Madden Veterans of Foreign Wars honored some Wallkill Valley Girl Scouts who attended the Honor Flight at Stewart Airport and others who participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery this past fall.
Chief George Lott, Community Activity Chairman and Donald DeVore, the post chaplain, awarded certificates in a heartfelt ceremony to the leaders and Individual Girl Scouts at their Annual Cookie Kick-Off at the Littell Center.
