Vernon Culinary classes to host 'throwdown' for scholarships

Vernon Township High School’s Culinary classes will be hosting a “Throwdown” Competition on Wednesday, May 15, from 5:30– 8 p.m in the school cafeteria.
Teams will compete using surprise ingredients to see whose food “reigns supreme.” Food and set-up is provided by Sodexo.
Admission for the show and the buffet dinner is $6 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. All proceeds go toward scholarships.
