Laddey, Clark and Ryan, LLP employees participated in Pay it Forward Day on April 28 by drawing hearts on their hands to raise awareness.

The Pay it Forward initiative is simple: give to someone else and make a positive difference. It recognizes that a simple idea can have a great impact in the world – one good deed at a time.

Here are some examples of ways to Pay it Forward. At a drive through, pay for the car behind’s meal. If it is raining, give your umbrella to someone who does not have one. Visit an elderly neighbor’s house and ask them if they need to have anything they need repaired. Donate some money to your favorite charity. Tell the manager of a restaurant how great your waiter or waitress was. This can happen in any store or business you visit. Aim at brightening someone else’s day.

This mission comes as Laddey, Clark and Ryan begins their own initiative of Random Acts of Kindness on May 1. Each week employees will choose a random act of kindness ticket and will have 7 days to perform the random act.
