Cub Scouts graduate to next level

FRANKLIN — Franklin Troop 90 boy scouts attended the Cub Scout Blue and Gold and crossed over 7 new scouts into the troop.
The Boy Scouts performed a skit for the audience and conducted the normal bridging over ceremony. After the ceremony and the crossover was complete, all of the boys scouts and newly crossed over scouts held the troop flag and recited the Scout Oath as the new boys and their parents were welcomed into the troop.
