Kathleen Ehrman (nee Flood), 70 years old, died peacefully after a long illness at her residence on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016. Born to James and Emma Flood in Pequannock Twp., N.J., she had lived in West Milford, N.J., before moving to Franklin, N.J., in 1992.
Kathleen worked as a machinist for High Point Precision Products in Sussex, N.J. She was a mother to many people beyond her own children, she was a mother to anyone who needed her.
Kathleen is predeceased by her husband of 23 beautiful years, William D. Ehrman (2006) and is the devoted mother of George Stires and his wife, Tracy of Wantage Twp., N.J., David Stires and his wife, Stacey, of Franklin, N.J., Nancy Lynn Gould and her husband, Bill, of Wantage Twp., N.J.., Jessica Mortensen and her husband, Matthew of Wantage Twp., N.J., and 3 stepchildren, Steven, Tammie and Billy of Pennsylvania. Cherished by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of James Flood of Pennsylvania, Les Flood of Lodi, N.J., Maryann McClinton of Franklin, NJ and Eileen Ehrman of PA.
The family received their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main Street, Franklin, N.J., on Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service was Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016, at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston Twp., N.J.
