HIlltop plans S.T.E.A.M. night

| 30 Sep 2016 | 12:07

Children ages 2.5 to 12 are invited for a night of fun and educational S.T.E.A.M. activities at Hilltop Country Day School on Thursday, October 6 from 6-7 p.m.
Hands-on projects will include: create your own constellation, design your own crystal, and learn how a soccer ball is based on a truncated icosahedron through an introduction to 2-dimensional and 3D geometry.
Participants will have a S.T.E.A.M. Passport to find stations. Passports will act as a map for participants, and they will receive a stamp for each completed station — and may be used as a snack ticket/raffle ticket.
This event is free and open to the public. RSVP is not required but suggested by visiting Hilltop’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HilltopCountryDaySchool.
