Local chiropractor attends seminar

HAMBURG — Dr. Peter Karas a local chiropractor from Hamburg recently attended a NJ Chiropractic Society nutritional education seminar. The topic of the seminar was "Treating the 21st Century Patient".
The patients of the 21st century are going to present with me more complex health issues then in the past. Their health issues will comingle physical, emotional and biochemical factors. This lecture reviewed key points to recognize, diagnose and treat these complex health issues. Cases that were discussed included chronic pain, headaches, fatigue, GI issues, insomnia and stress. Special emphasis was on the nutritional needs of the 21st century patients.
