Boy scouts visit Rock Gym

FRANKLIN — A contingent of Franklin Troop 90 went on an overnight trip to the N.J. Rock Gym in Fairfield. The scouts were given demonstrations on Rappelling and climbing upside down on the competition wall.
During the evening, adult leaders of the troop who had been trained in Belaying safely earlier supported the boys while they climbed. This enabled the boys to climb in 7-8 different groups so that they could get the most out of the evening.
