Franklin boy scouts get visit

FRANKLIN — Recently Franklin Boy Scout Troop 90 had a visit from Mike Quartucci from Order of the Arrow, Woaplananne Lodge 43 to recruit candidates.
The Order of the Arrow is Scouting's National Honor Society. Candidates need to be First Class Rank and have at least 15 nights camping. Candidates are elected by a majority of their troop mates.
