Sparta Tech receives Quality Chapter status

SPARTA — The Sussex County Technical School SkillsUSA Chapter has recently achieved Quality Chapter status.

This program honors chapter achievement relative to SkillsUSA’s framework of developing personal, workplace and technical skills. By participating in this program, students take part in planning, organization and implementation of activities, which develops their skills and build character.

The goal of SkillsUSA is to have their members become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens.

Sussex Tech is now eligible for Level 2: Chapter of Distinction and will begin working on that goal.
