HAMBURG — Robert Walker, acting superintendent of Wallkill Valley Regional High School donated an American Flag, complete with a pole, base and eagle to the Wallkill Valley Rotary Club in memory of his friend and former Rotary member, Arthur Smith, the former superintendent of High Point Regional High School.
