Ogdensburg School students released a year’s worth of stored energy during the annual field day Wednesday.

The students competed in 30 events ranging from the classic track-and-field events to the more modern sack race, water balloon toss and tug-of-war. Competitors and were refueled by hamburgers and sno cones.
