Jan. 11Lucas McNicholas, 28, of Stockholm was sentenced to four years in New Jersey state prison with credit for time mserved. He must also pay mandatory fines and fees.

He pleaded guilty on Nov. 26, 2018, to four counts of burglary, all third-degree crimes. McNicholas admitted to entering into various homes in the Township of Hardyston to steal items including money, jewelry and electronics.
Feb. 22Noel Nieves, 31, of Dover was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility with 147 days of credit for time served. In addition, Nieves is ordered to pay $155.00 in fines and fees.
On January 14, 2019, Nieves pleaded guilty to one count of Driving While Suspended, a fourth-degree crime.
March 15Markus McIntyre, 26, of Hempstead, N.Y., was sentenced to 15 months in jail to run concurrent with New York sentencing. He must also pay $155.00 in court fines and fees and $2516.64 in restitution.
He pleaded guilty on Jan. 14, 2019, to theft by unlawful taking, a crime of the fourth degree.
The defendant purchased four tires from Tire King in Wantage using a fraudulent credit card.
Steven Castimore, 58, of Newton was sentenced to 724 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility and ordered to pay $655 in fines and fees. Additionally, Castimore was fined $1,372 for Motor Vehicle Violations: Careless Driving; Failure to Report an Accident; Use of Hand-Held Wireless Phone; Failure to Stop, and No Liability Insurance.
On Jan. 30, 2019, Castimore pleaded guilty to three counts of Driving While Suspended and two counts of Falsifying/Tampering with Records, all fourth degree offenses, as well as six motor vehicle offenses.
Duanta Edwards, 41, of Newark was sentence dto two years of probation. He was ordered to pay $1,155 in fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on Oct 24, 2018, to obtaining a Controlled Dangerous Substance by Fraud, a third-degree crime.
On Jan. 23, 2018, Edwards presented a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone HCL to Newton Shop Rite Pharmacy and received the prescription. The pharmacist checked the validity of the script and discovered the prescription was fraudulent.
March 18Dion Osborne, 37, of Newton pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime. and driving under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (first offense), a motor vehicle offense.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 3. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of and under the influence of heroin while driving on October 16, 2018, in Wantage Township.
