Sunday was a family day in Sussex

New York Life Insurance Company of Sussex hosted a free “My Grandparents and Me Day” event on Sunday afternoon. There were plenty of local participating vendors. You could get your child fingerprinted and have ID cards made for them and medical bracelets for grandparents. The state police were doing child safety seat checks, and The Hair Lounge was offering free makeovers. The Tri-State Actors Theater did a story time, and there were contests, prizes, bounce houses and a huge inflatable slide that provided lots of fun for the kids.
