Franklin — Catherine J. Greene-Bowen of Hopatcong, a former bookkeeper, came to the Franklin One Stop Center of the New Jersey Department of Labor looking to upgrade her computer skills, which she did for free at the One Stop. Her goal to get back into the workforce also depended on something else, earning a GED (graduate equivalency degree.) She passed her tests to earn the GED in December and now has her certificate in hand.
