Real estate info sessions

Vernon — Each Wednesday evening in January, at Penny’s Market and Deli, located on the corner of Route 517 and Vernon crossing road in Vernon Township, realtor Loretta Chiapperino will host a real estate information session. Along with Chiapperino, the panel of professionals will include mortgage representatives, home inspectors, real estate attorneys and appraisers. Together they will explain the process of buying and selling in today’s market. Questions will be answered freely without obligation. These sessions will include information about the extended first-time buyer tax credit, resale inspections, the different types of mortgages and the current market conditions.
