Locks of Love

Leigh Rose Hart, a 5-year-old who lives in Vernon, recently donated 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love. Salon services were provided by Rumours Hair Salon of Vernon. Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 who suffer from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
