Farmers Market is open for business

The Sussex County Farmers Market at the Fairgrounds is open for its 2010 season at the entrance to the Sussex County Fairgrounds on Plains Road, Augusta. The market will be open every Saturday (rain or shine) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through October. Available products include jams, jellies, salsa, and pickles, honey, eggs, flowers (cut and bedding), dried flower arrangements, potted herbs, meats, eggs, breads and baked goods, alpaca fiber products and more.
