    A few weeks ago the paper ran a story about Fratelli’s being closed and our attempts to recover our wedding reception deposit. We could not contact the owner and were worried about paying for our rescheduled wedding without a refund. Now I’m happy to share the end of the story. Kujtim, the owner of Fratelli’s, arrived back in New Jersey and contacted me on Saturday, March 27. He asked to meet Bill and me at Fratelli’s. He was upset about the story, we were upset about the restaurant’s abrupt closing and the loss of the deposit. Bill and I met Kujtim the following day. He gave us the full $1,500 deposit, we shook hands and he apologized. Kujtim said one day he hopes to own another restaurant. We are taking the $1,500 deposit and putting that money toward our wedding at Perona Farms. We were glad to see the situation finally resolved. Loretta Miller Hardyston
