Rui Reis Rocha, a West Milford High School graduate and the 21-year-old son of Rui M. Rocha and Tania Silva of Lindy Lake, graduated from the Parris Island training facility on Aug. 15 and is now a private in the United States Marine Corp. His proud parents and friends wish Rocha the very best as he begins his military career.
