To the Editor:
At the Sept. 16 school board meeting, board president Jack Fisher made it clear that if the mask mandate is not overturned in the courts, that the Delaware Valley school board would motion for a vote to disobey it.
Regardless of where you stand on the issue of mask mandates in schools, we should all be very afraid of setting the precedent of allowing our local elected officials to act as though they are above the law.
