Franklin. Chelsey’s Closet, a new women’s clothing boutique located at 396 Route 23 in Franklin, is holding a ribbon-cutting celebration on Sunday, Nov. 8. The store will be donating 5 percent of its sales this week to Father John’s Animal House, a shelter for homeless animals in Lafayette. Its other store is Back On The Rack in Wantage.
