Dale T. Amory of Highland Lakes, N.J., passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at her home. He was 67.
Daughter of the late Frank A. and Barbara (Frumolt) Amory, she was born Monday, August 24, 1953, in Jersey City, N.J.
Dale lived in North Bergen, N.J., and North Arlington, N.J., before settling in Vernon, N.J., in 2013.
Dale had been an executive chef for Prudential in Newark, but most recently worked for the U.S. Postal Service.
Dale is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Carriel and her husband, Michael, of Hackensack, N.J., and Melissa Garcia of Rockaway, N.J.; grandchildren, Stephanie, Luis, Samuel, Shane, Timothy, Daphnie, and Ezekiel; great-grandchildren, Ali, Camille, and Jad; as well as sisters, Ida Ryan, Denise Amory, and Barbara Gray. She is also survived by her loving dog, Charlie.
Visitation was held May 12 at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, Vernon. A funeral service was held May 13 at the funeral home, followed by burial in the Glenwood Cemetery.
