Cooling centers to open during heat wave

    The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Friday and Saturday. The forecast is for high heat and humidity, with temperatures reaching the upper 90s and the heat index reaching upwards of 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Orange County on Wednesday issued a list of cooling centers, which is provided below. Always call before you go to make sure the cooling center is open.
