DPW seasonal help needed

The Town of Newton Public Works Department is hiring seasonal summer workers.
Duties to include:
- General lawn maintenance (to include lawn mowing, use of weed wacker and back pack blower etc).
- Basic maintenance of town facilities.
- Other jobs as assigned by DPW Director and/or Assist DPW Supervisor.
The positions are seasonal part-time, 28 hours per week. The hours will vary and are flexible Monday – Sunday, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., with a half-hour unpaid lunch.
Hourly wage is $13.50 per hour. It is anticipated these positions will run from early July through early September. Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screens required.
