    Mark Autore, 40. Hardwick, was sentenced to five years of probation and was given credit for 138 days of time served. He was ordered to abstain from drinking alcohol and attend a minimum of three AA meetings per week, provide proof of attendance at AA meetings, submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations of same, and pay fines and fees totaling $155.
    He pleaded guilty on May 6 to resisting arrest, a third-degree crime.
    He used physical force against officers of the Hopatcong Police Department to prevent arrest on Feb. 3, 2019.
    David G. Corcoran, 37, of Arverne, N.Y., was sentenced to two years of probation and given credit for 73 days of time served. He was ordered to continue in an Independent Living program until matriculation, abstain from drug use, and pay fines and fees totaling $655. His driver license was ordered suspended for six months.
    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 28, to fraudulent use of a credit card, a third-degree crime, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree crime, and failure to turn Over a controlled dangerous substance, a disorderly persons offense.
    He admitted to receiving and using a stolen credit card at a Lafayette gas station on Aug. 27.
    Heather Hardick, 36. of Wantage, was sentenced to 270 days in Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. She received credit for 72 days already served. The defendant was also sentenced to two years’ probation, a six-month loss of her driver’s license and ordered to pay $1,280 in fines and fees.
    She pled guilty on June 5, to shoplifting and possession of a Controlled Substance, both crimes of the third degree.
    The defendant attempted to take merchandise from the Franklin Walmart on Jan. 10 and during a stop by the New Jersey State Police on April 9, was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
