    March 15
    Barrington Walker, 45, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., was sentenced to three years in New Jersey State Prison with credit for time served. He must also avoid contact with the victim and pay all fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Dec. 19, 2018, to aggravated assault and criminal mischief, both third-degree crimes. Walker admitted to causing significant bodily injury to C.P. and damaging the personal property of S.H.
    April 5
    Tereek Dickerson, 23, of Elizabeth was sentenced to two years of probation with credit for time served. He must also pay restitution.
    He pleaded guilty on February 19, 2019 to joyriding, a fourth degree crime. Dickerson admitted to temporarily withholding a motor vehicle from the owner without the owner’s consent.
    April 12
    Joseph Aumann, 22, of Boonton was sentenced to one year of probation. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations thereof. He must also pay mandatory fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 11, 2019, to criminal mischief, a fourth degree crime. Defendant admitted that during an argument, defendant purposely damaged victim’s cell phone, broke a bathroom window and damaged other personal property of the victim.
    Christopher Wayne, 22, of Highland Lakes was sentenced to two years of probation. He must also undergo a mental health evaluation and pay fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 11, 2019, to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime and driving while intoxicated. Following a stop of his motor vehicle, Wayne was placed under arrest and found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
    Ashley Bruno, 22, of Wantage was sentenced to two years probation. She must also pay mandatory fines and fees.
    She pleaded guilty on Jan. 14, 2019, to theft by unlawful taking and terroristic threats, both third-degree crimes.
    Bruno admitted to stealing $2,130 while working as a cashier at Acme Supermarket in 2017. Defendant also admitted that during an argument with a family member, she threatened to commit a crime of violence.
    May 3
    Ruth Hook, 45, of Lafayette, was sentenced to two years probation in exchange for pleading guilty to third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and driving while under the influence.
    The sentence will run concurrent but not coterminous with her current term of probation.
    In addition to probation, the court ordered a 7-month loss of driving privileges, along with 12 hours of Intoxicated Driver Resource Center classes, mandatory fines and assessments, refrain from drinking alcohol and attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
    She pleaded guilty on March 11 to endangering the welfare of a child (a third-degree crime).
    Phillip A. Fabiano, 40, of Waantage pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is presently scheduled for June 27, 2019.
    The defendant admitted he was in possession of heroin when found by New York State Police when they were responding to a suspicious vehicle report in Wantage. He was then turned over to New Jersey State Police.
