Bike-N-Brew to raise money for environmental education

Join Edge of the Woods Outfitters for its ninth annual Bike-N-Brew, a community bike celebration and fundraiser.
This years’ event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 27. It's a loop ride that starts from the ShawneeCraft Brewery, out on the Joseph McDade Trail and back on River Road, which will be closed to traffic for the event.
After the ride, enjoy some well-deserved craft brews, food, and music at the riverfront outdoor pavilion at the Shawnee Inn. The event includes a burger bar, pie tasting, and more in the Tap Room.
There will be raffle drawings for prizes, with all proceeds to benefit the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) in Dingmans Ferry.
Bicyclists of all abilities are welcome for this moderate ride. The total distance is 16 miles, but there are several places where you can turn back sooner if you prefer.
The cost is $50 per person with own bike, or $65 with bike and helmet rental. Rider support, two craft brews, and a souvenir mug are included in the price of every ticket.
The brewery is located at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, 100 Shawnee Inn Drive, Shawnee On Delaware.
