NEWTON - There will be a free lecture at Sussex Community College (SCCC) for high school seniors who intend to attend SCCC this fall.

There are also free workshops in English and Algebra this summer for high schoolers.

These workshops can be taken as part of the College's Readiness V Bootcamp. Students can polish up on their English or Algebra skills, which will help them avoid taking developmental courses when they begin college in the fall. All necessary materials are included with these free workshops.

The and Algebra Workshops will be held May 20 to June 17, Monday-Wednesday and English Workshops will be held May 21-June 13, Tuesday-Thursday from 4-7 p.m. Sign up soon is recommended, as seating is limited for all classes. For more information, call Kathleen Carr at (973) 300-2155 or email kcarr@sussex.edu
