Donatus A. Anwuzia

Donatus A. Anwuzia, age 58, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Newton Medical Center. Born in Okpanam, Nigeria, Mr. Anwuzia came to the United States in 1980 and lived in North Bergen before moving to Sussex County, where he has lived for the past 10 years. He graduated from Rockhurst College with his Accounting Degree and received his Forensic Accounting Certificate. Mr. Anwuzia was the director of accounting for Itochu International, Inc. in New York City since 2001. Mr. Anwuzia was a member of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Franklin, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He is survived by his wife, Juliet; his daughter, Alexandra at home; and his son, Josef of Chicago, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, April 16 at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex. Interment to follow at North Hardyston Cemetery in Hardyston.
